LOCATION

The hotel is located within the walled city of Ibiza, in the old town (a privileged set up) declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999. Therefore, we inform you that in order to preserve our old town, the local authorities have decided to restrict traffic on its streets as much as possible.

How to get to the hotel?

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport/port daily between 9.00 am and 9.00 pm (subject to availability). We need your flight details at least 48 hours before arrival. In case of delay, the service cannot be guaranteed.

Access by private vehicle – Very important

The hotel is located within an ACIRE zone (restricted traffic and video surveillance zone). Access without authorization will result in an automatic fine, as all entrances and exits are monitored by cameras.

The hotel can only authorize loading and unloading passengers and luggage at the hotel entrance with a 30-minute grace period.

NOTE: We need the vehicle plate number to process the authorization.
