11.- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION.
The Usage Regulations that are stipulated in this Legal Agreement are controlled by Spanish Law. Both ENVIFEST, S.L. and all Site Users agree that any discrepancy arising from the interpretation, compliance and/or execution of the present regulations will be expressly submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals, expressly renouncing any other body which might correspond to them.
