Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit totalling 30% of the total booking price.
  • For bookings for less than 3 days, the deposit will be one night.
  • 100% of the despost will be returned if the cancellation is made with more than 15 days before arrival.50% of the deposit will be returned if the cancellation is made between 7 and 15 days before arrival.
  • If the cancellation is made less that 7 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
  • In cases of no-shows, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
  • In cases of anticipated check-out two nights will be charged.
